If you've ever watched Hell's Kitchen, then you know, panna cotta puts the fear of satan in some people. It can turn out soupy or too chewy and put a ruinous end to a perfectly good meal.

But my LFG green tea and coconut panna cotta turns out just right every time.

To make this delicious dessert for four, you'll mix and chill twice to get the two layers. But stop fretting, this recipe couldn't be easier. Mix and chill, and by chill I mean go sit in the hot tub, read a chapter in a book, write a friend, do yoga, meditate, pray, or whatever chill means to you. The first layer sets up in about an hour. Then you can add the second layer and chill some more.

Ready to make it? Okay, let's make matcha coconut panna cotta together.

The Recipe

LFG Matcha Coconut Panna Cotta

Green Layer

1 1/2 Cups Hot Water

1 Tbsp Grassfed Gelatin

1 Tbsp Coconut Cream

1 tsp Ceremonial Grade Matcha

1 tsp Stevia Leaf Extract Powder

White Layer

1 1/2 Cups Hot Coconut Milk

1 Tbsp Grassfed Gelatin

1 Tbsp Powdered Sweetener

8 drops Vanilla Stevia Leaf Extract

Step 1: Make Green Layer

In a one-quart pourable measuring glass add hot water. Gradually whisk in gelatin until dissolved. Whisk in coconut cream, matcha, and stevia until well incorporated. Pour into four martini glasses or dessert dishes. Chill one hour until set.

Step 2: Make White Layer

In a one-quart pourable measuring glass add hot coconut milk. Gradually whisk in gelatin until dissolved. Whisk in powdered sweetener and vanilla stevia drops until well incorporated. Pour into four martini glasses on top of green layer. Chille one more hour until set.

Try not to say yum with every bite. ENJOY!
