Lectin Free Gourmet Green Banana Bread

Banana bread like mom used to make is within reach. This perfectly moist, bouncy, slightly sweet bread delivers big banana taste. And you get added benefits from hazelnut flour, green bananas, and walnuts that you can't get from that old sugary bread.

Just throw all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and bake. It's that easy. And you won't believe the taste and texture. Since green bananas don't taste much like bananas, I use real banana extract to get the big banana flavor in the first bite.

As an Amazon Associate, Amazon pays me to find great products for my followers. Here's a link to my favorite banana extract for a great price.

And this big banana flavor isn't just a carnival in your mouth. The bread also has some amazing health benefits because we use ingredients from Dr. Gundry's YES list. Green bananas, hazelnut flour, polyphenol-rich olive oil, and walnuts give can do your body good.

First, green bananas are an unripe tropical fruit. When you consume bananas green, they have no sugar. Instead, they're mostly resistant starch, which helps feed your gut bugs. Second, hazelnuts are a good source of natural B6 and manganese. These nuts are known to increase oxidative capacity and reduce blood lipids. That means their heart healthy! Third, good olive oil has lots of polyphenols, and we all know by now how great those special antioxidants are for digestion weight management and cardiovascular health. Finally, walnuts are rich in fiber for digestion and good omega-3 fat for brain and heart health.

So let's make this healthy bread so we can start enjoying the health benefits together. Let's go!

Replying to

I have 5 3/4 x 3 x 2 1/8, but you don’t have to go out and buy that exact size. You could use one large loaf pan, or even muffin tins. Just adjust the bake time up or down For larger or smaller vessels.
