Fudgy Brownie Bites

Make bite-sized, 2-ingredient brownies loaded with plant protein, fiber and polyphenols.

Yes, brownies are good for you, especially when they're made with good ingredients. I ran with my cookie dough bon bon idea, which uses Gundry MD ProPlant vanilla, and made the chocolate version. And magically, these beautiful little brownie bites were born. Read on for the easiest recipe.

I just love ProPlant shakes. The Gundry MD supplement designed as a meal replacement, is so much more. You can read more about this plant protein shake on my "top 12" blog. But for now, let's talk brownies.

I made the brownie base with just two ingredients: chocolate ProPlant and blanched almond butter. For variation, use pili nut, pecan, or hazelnut butter. For fun, I mixed in some 85% cacao chocolate chips and crowned each brownie bite with a smart little walnut. Did you know walnuts are brain food? They have a significantly high concentration of DHA, a type of Omega-3 fatty acid that is proven to improve cognitive function.

Now, you can skip the walnuts, but that wouldn't be wise.

If you don't have Gundry MD chocolate ProPlant, use my ambassador link and discount. You'll get the best price if you buy in quantities. Here's the link: but.ly/LFGgundry

So let's get to it. Let's make brownie bites.

The Recipe

LFG Fudgy Brownie Bites

1 Scoop Chocolate ProPlant

1/3 Cup Blanched Almond Butter

Step 1: Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, mix ProPlant and nut butter until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.

Step 2: Shape and Cut

Onto a parchment sheet, shape brownie mass into a 1/2-inch thick square. The square will be about 5 inches on all sides. Next, cut the square into 12-16 pieces depending on how small you like your bites. Separate the bites and place on a plate. Finally, place a walnut on each bite.

ENJOY!
