How many scoops do I use of Pro Plant shake for this recipe? I don't have heart defense.
Hi Debbie! I’m not a member of Costco so I really have no idea what supplements they carry. I made this recipe specifically for the Gundry MD Heart Defense because the ingredients in it work.
No, is that also a Gundry product? Does Costco sell something comparable? Thanks!
Do you have the Pro Plant Shake?
Is there a substitute we could use for the heart defense?
