Bake up a batch of soft classic "sugar" cookie with that cream of tartar tang covered in aromatic cinnamon and rare sugar allulose. My easy mix is made with 100% Gundry-approved, gut-friendly ingredients.
 
To make LFG snickerdoodles, all you need to add to the mix is an omega-3 or pasture-raised egg,  1/4 cup French or clarified butter and water. THAT'S IT! These cookies are so delicious you won't believe they're lectin free.
 
And did you know that lectin free also means gluten free? Gluten is just one of thousands of harmful lectins. Gluten in wheat flour is one of the strongest lectins out there. Humans were not created to digest gluten. If eaten, gluten can wreak havoc in the intestines by boring holes and causing leaky gut.
