Snickerdoodles cookie mix has joined the Lectin Free Gourmet cookie mix lineup. This mix was featured in two past Foodie Boxes and was a fan favorite. Now it's here to stay. Bake up a batch of soft classic "sugar" cookie with that cream of tartar tang covered in aromatic cinnamon and rare sugar allulose. My easy mix is made with 100% Gundry-approved, gut-friendly ingredients.


To make LFG snickerdoodles, all you need to add to the mix is an omega-3 or pasture-raised egg, 1/4 cup French or clarified butter and water. THAT'S IT! These cookies are so delicious you won't believe they're lectin free.


And did you know that lectin free also means gluten free? Gluten is just one of thousands of harmful lectins. Gluten in wheat flour is one of the strongest lectins out there. We use our Lectin Free Gourmet flour blend made with a special combo of cassava flour, blanched almond, and coconut flours. And to replace sugar we have created a proprietary blend with non-gmo allulose, inulin, and erythritol for that perfect caramelization and sweetness.
