LOFTY FROSTY COOKIE MIX has joined the Lectin Free Gourmet baking mix lineup. This mix was featured in the Summer 2023 Foodie Box and was a fan favorite. Now it's here to stay. Bake up a batch of soft classic "lofthouse" style cookies with that cream of tartar tang covered in sweet vanilla frosting and sprinkled with naturally-colored sprinkles. My easy mix is made with 100% Gundry-approved, gut-friendly ingredients.


To make LFG lofty frosty cookies, all you need to add to the mix is an omega-3 or pasture-raised egg, 1/4 cup French or clarified butter and water. THAT'S IT! These cookies are soft and delicious you won't believe they're lectin free.


And did you know that lectin free also means gluten free? Gluten is just one of thousands of harmful lectins that can rip you a new one (literally). Gluten in wheat flour is one of the strongest lectins out there. Humans were not created to digest gluten. If eaten, gluten can wreak havoc in the intestines by boring holes and causing leaky gut. Once leaky gut sets in, a whole slew of inflammatory diseases can follow. So we avoid gluten at all costs.


We use our Lectin Free Gourmet flour blend made with a special combo of cassava flour, blanched almond, and coconut flours. And to replace sugar we have created a proprietary blend with non-gmo allulose, inulin, and erythritol for that perfect caramelization and just-right sweetness.
