I am three weeks into my LF journey and am somewhat excited about it. I live in the beautiful Caribbean and recently have made my own fresh cassava flour from scratch since we grow cassavas locally. I have been trying a few things outside of the LF pyramid that really inflammed me so knowing that feeling keeps me on track to stay within the LF limits. I am blessed to be surrounded by wild caribbean fish and lobster so I am good with that. We do not have shrimp here, as our waters are too clear, so no biggie if a recipe calls for shrimp, I will substitute for our local lobster. Nothing local is farm raised so we are blessed.
I am thankful for people like Kristine Anderson Wylie and others that share their LF recepies that help people like me get "un-stuck" in the rut of greens!
