To make this dish, just boil water, and cook the pasta. Then add the extreme cheesy mix with your own compliant butter or ghee and some a2 or nut milk. The extreme cheesy sauce that forms is great as is. Or if you like it even cheesier, you can add a little grated compliant cheese. I love authentic Gruyere AOP cheese or some sheep cheddar.
